This Privacy Policy applies to the Visitor, User and Client of all Geniousbit Technologies Private Limited Websites, except as otherwise expressly indicated by Geniousbit. As used in this Privacy Policy, "Geniousbit" and "we" apply to the websites of Geniousbit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (India) "Website" means Geniousbit's website https://www.geniousbit.com, any URLS successor, mobile or localised versions and related domains and subdomains, and "Services" means Geniousbit's products, apps and services, in any case, in whatever format they might be provided now or in the future. The Website and the Programs are collectively referred to herein as "Offering."

How we use the information that we collect

Your confidential financial information, including credit card details, is not kept on any of our servers and is forwarded securely to our payment partners, as stated above under 'Information You Send Us,' to process the fee, except for your name, email address, phone number and other specific contact details. We use your contact information to send you receipts of invoices, reminders and other related transactional emails.
Your data is safe with us
None of the information we obtain is marketed to any third party company not part of the Geniousbit Community and/or sister affiliates.
Sharing with third parties
We may share your personal information with third-party service providers to allow those parties to provide services that help us with our business activities, which may include, but are not limited to, marketing assistance, advertisement of our product / service offerings, business intelligence, or the provision, maintenance and enhancement of the features and functionality of the Offerings. And all the laws in place. For example, we can provide our service providers with personal information for direct mailing of our newsletters or for notification of our product / service offerings. Shared data can include name, job description, email address, company details, phone number. Both third parties are engaged under a contract and are obliged to comply with the relevant security conditions and to comply with all applicable legislation.
Your Rights and Choices
UnsubscribeWe can give you the opportunity to 'Unsubscribe' – the unsubscribe link can be found at the bottom of any promotional or marketing newsletter you receive from us. If you plan to opt out, we will not be able to provide you with those features of the Offers.
Opt-OutUnsubscribe will automatically delete you from our marketing list(s), but individual main contact from our sales, marketing and/or business development team may still be linked to you. If you do not wish to be contacted by any of our individual team members, please respond to the individual with 'opt-out' in your email subject or body.
Blocking CookiesYou can delete or block such cookies by using the settings in your browser, but the Offerings can cease to work properly if you do so.
How We Respond to Do Not Track SignalsYour web browser can have a "do not monitor" setting that, when activated, causes your browser to send a non-track HTTP header file or a "signal" to each site you visit. At present, the Offerings do not respond to this type of signal.

If you are not happy with the reply, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

When you use the Offerings, we do our best to provide you with access to your personal information on your request and to either provide you with the means to correct this information if it is wrong or to remove such information on your request, unless otherwise needed by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may refuse to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systemic, that involve excessive technical effort (for example, requests for information on backup tapes), that jeopardise the privacy of others, that would be extremely impractical or that would otherwise not require access. In any case where we provide access and correction to details, we provide this service free of charge, except where it would require a disproportionate effort.
Please note that if you cease to use the Service or terminate your access to the Service in compliance with your Terms of Use of the Website, you may no longer be able to access or request an update of your records.
We should maintain your information as necessary to support the Offerings, satisfy our legal obligations or settle disputes. Please note that the content you post on our Offerings can remain on the Offerings even if you cease to use the Offerings or we terminate your access to the Offerings.
No Children Under Age 16
The Offerings are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16, nor does Geniousbit knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. The host servers where Geniousbit processes and stores its databases are located in the United States of America. Our business development and marketing teams can use and process information collected from our local servers and systems within our office premises or from official portal devices only in India and the European Union.
Data Breach
Geniousbit will inform you within 48 hours, to the extent we are legally authorised to do so, in case of any application or order originating from an administrative or judicial authority relating to your personal data and/or inn case of an unfortunate data breach or threat of such data breach that may compromise your personal information collected by us.
Changes
We may change part of or full privacy policy document without any prior consent or permission.
